Can a puppy of 12 weeks have lymphona? - lymphona

The vet said today that your dog can have a lymphoma. It is only 12 weeks old. It is used in the Sun, the puppy-test was also sick today and had to be administered with antibiotics. Does that sound right?
If so, can anyone me some information on, please.
