I've got three kids and now, not thinking about more children, I have a spiral, but I'm expericing bad times, severe bleeding, badcramps. I've never had my three kids already, then I'm wrong, if I delete it. I wish other methiods I use can no longer children, but fear it could prega anyway. What should I do?
